Tell your life story in 3 sentences.
When I was little I traveled a lot, but mostly I grew up in a small colonial town in Virginia. The opportunity finally arose for me to be on my own, so I headed back out to California, where I promptly got sucked into dancing, and studying Symbolic Systems sometimes. Now that my little brother has joined me here, I'm about to head out again to travel the world and seek my fortune, hopefully doing something cool that makes the world a better place (like "The Incredibles").

How did you get involved in dance?
A friend told me to take Social Dance, and before I knew it I had gotten sucked in too far to escape! And so I decided to make merry with the other people in a similar quandry. I joined the Whirlwinds a year ago, mostly because I loved the big poofy dresses and the aerials. I've loved being a part of this group for many reasons, but one of them is definitely that it constantly challenges my athletic comfort zone. Dancing has definitely become my passion :)

What do you do besides dancing?
I laugh. I observe. I adventure. I analyze. I create. And then I laugh some more, because being joyful is so important in this world :)

What are your life goals?
Find true love and make a substantive difference on a very personal level to someone's life (to as many someones' lives as I can).

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
I think being fearless qualifies as a superpower. If it doesn't, I'd like to fly :)
