Evan Parker!

Tell your life story in 3 sentences.
I was born at Stanford hospital, lived in Menlo Park for 17 years, and then went to Stanford, where I got undergraduate and masters degrees in computer science. Now I live in Menlo Park again with my parents and 3 of my best friends who rent rooms from my parents. I recently started working at Google as a software engineer and I love it!

How did you get involved in dance?
Back in highschool my mom made me take swing dancing lessons, but I didn't like it back then. At Stanford a girlfriend got me to take a dance class with her - I swore I would hate it, but I ended up loving it. Eventually I lost the girlfriend, but I kept dancing.

What do you do besides dancing?
Frisbee, gymnastics, reading sci fi and fantasy, hiking, snowboarding, playing board games, playing computer games, making computer games, climbing, cooking, friends, being healthy.

What are your life goals?
To be the healthiest programmer ever!

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Telepathy. I believe information and the communication of information are very important, and telepathy would greatly improve my ability to communicate.
